Folate is required for the body to make DNA and RNA and metabolise amino acids necessary for cell division.  It helps to: make DNA, repair DNA, produce red blood cells (RBCs)

Huperzine A is a substance purified from a plant called Chinese club moss. Huperzine A is thought to be beneficial for the improvement of memory health, and cognitive function. May improve symptoms associated with the muscular disorder Myasthenia Gravis because it causes an increase in the levels of acetylcholine.  Acetylcholine is a chemical messenger, or neurotransmitter, that plays an important role in brain and muscle function.

L-Lysine HCl is an essential amino acid and a building block of protein Unlike some other amino acids,  the human body cannot make lysine; therefore it must be ingested inour diet or supplemented. Sources of lysine include meat, fish, dairy, eggs, and some plants such as soy and other legumes. Lysine acts as a precursor for many substances created in the metabolic process. It may aid athletic performance, support a healthy mood balance, and promote healthy hair & skin.

Phenylalanine is an amino acid found in many foods and used by the body to produce proteins and other important molecules. It has been studied for its effects on depression, pain and skin disorders. It is an essential amino acid that plays an important part in the formation of neurotransmitters in the brain. Phenylalanine aids in maintaining a balanced mood, and may promote a calm sense of overall well-being. Phenylalanine also supports healthy liver function.

Creatine is among the most well-researched and effective supplements. It can help with exercise performance by rapidly producing energy during intense activity. The primary benefit of creatine is an improvement in strength and power output during resistance exercise. For this purpose, creatine is well-researched, and the effects are quite notable for a supplement. When used in conjunction with resistance exercise, creatine may modestly increase lean mass. It has also been tested for anaerobic running capacity in many studies, the results of which are fairly mixed but generally suggest a small improvement in performance.
